What's included in a double oven clean

A double oven takes roughly twice the work of a single — there are two separate cavities, two sets of racks, two door systems, and usually a second grill element to degrease. Our double oven clean covers every part of both cavities, all removable parts soaked and returned spotless, and a full polish of the front and visible surfaces.

How long does a double oven clean take?

Double ovens typically take 2 to 3 hours on site. We block out a morning or afternoon slot and arrive ready to work through in one continuous visit. You do not need to be actively present the whole time — just at the start and end.

Built-in double ovens are our specialty

Most Newcastle fitted kitchens — particularly newer builds in Gosforth, Heaton and the city centre — use tall housing units with a main oven and separate combi or grill above. These units trap grease in hard-to-reach spots around the housing frame, the space between the two cavities, and the inner door panes. We clean all of this properly, dismantling and reassembling where needed.

Both cavities of a double oven are treated to the same full process — all racks and removable parts cleaned individually, the cavity interiors brushed, scrubbed, rinsed and polished. The oven is ready to use as soon as we finish.
